Rector of Sumgayit State University Rufat Azizov and his delegation participated in the 55th anniversary ceremony of Kazan State Energy University. Within the framework of the visit, the delegation met with the Rector of Kazan State Energy University, Edvard Abdullazyanov. At the meeting, ideas were exchanged regarding the development of mutual cooperation between the two universities, including student and teacher exchange, implementation of joint scientific research, establishment of joint practical-innovative laboratories, preparation of new content and various issues were discussed, as well as for 2024 a decision was made to prepare a precise joint action plan.

Later, the delegation got acquainted with the new technological processes taking place in the engineering laboratories, innovation centers and departments of the Kazan State University of Energy in connection with the research of driverless electric cars and drones, the acquisition of skills in the field of electricity and energy, as well as the applied advanced practices and approaches.
