Present stage of development of scientific and technical progress, growth and renewalofinformationin our country stimulates the improvement and dynamic development of the educational process. To train a decent sort ofyoung people for our society, to evolve their knowledge and skills, to train highly qualified personnel is Sumgait State University`s main goal. Currently, in 7 faculties of our University students andmasters study in a various scientific fields, so that on master’s degree 53 specializations, and on bachelor`s degree 26 specializations. On September 19 graduate examinations organized by the Student Scientific Society were held for the students of different faculties in order to train specialists with the ability of working independently on certain professional master`s degree program. Head of the Student Scientific Society NurlanSamadli said that the purpose of the trial exams was to introduce master`s exam test questions to students and prepare them for it. It was also noted that during the trial exams questions were submitted on the basis of entrance exams for admission program`s first phase with a view to assess the students` level of knowledge. 120 students are participating at the exam. We hope that they will achieve their purposes.  It should also be mentioned that the results of the trial exam will be announced two days later.
