An Academic Advisory Council is established in the university in order to take into account the participation and approach of various parties in increasing the scientific research potential of SSU, improving and updating the content of educational programs. The Academic Advisory Council will support the comprehensive evaluation and implementation of academic policies and strategies by supporting the academic mission of the university, organizing discussions on the development of science and improving teaching, listening to reports and making recommendations in relevant fields, and proposing new projects and programs related to the strategic development of the university.

The requirements for membership in the Academic Advisory Council are as follows:

• Having studied abroad and currently working at a prestigious foreign university;

• Having experience in the field of scientific research and teaching abroad;

• Having a Doctor of Philosophy degree.
