OUR STUDENTS AWARDED CERTIFICATE AT SELECTION STAGE OF “THERE IS AN IDEA!” SECOND REPUBLICAN SCIENTIFIC AND CREATIVE CONTEST OF YOUTH
On December 25, selection stage of II Republican Scientific and Creative Contest of Youth “There is an idea!” was held by Ministry of Youth and Sports at Baku Sports Palace.
Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan aged 14-29 participated in the contest as an individual or a group of authors.
187 projects were presented to the contest by several higher education institutions and young scholars on different nominations: "Technical innovations"; "Ecology, environment and rational use of nature. Innovations in medicine and health”; "Industrial technologies and industrial infrastructure. Live systems, transport systems"; "Social sphere and education". 25 best projects exhibited at II Republican Scientific and Creative Contest of Youth.
Among the 25 best projects, 7 projects belonged to the Sumgayit State University. Our students were awarded certificates.
Minister of Youth and Sports Azad Rahimov, officials of education and science institutions and representatives of youth organizations participated in the event.
Scientific shows and exhibits were displayed within the exhibition.
