DEPUTY MINISTER MET THE PARTICIPANTS OF STUDENT SUMMER SCHOOL
On July 19, Deputy Education Minister Firudin Gurbanov met the participants of Student Summer School organized in our country within Association of Russian-Azerbaijani Universities.
Firudin Gurbanov delivered speech in the event and spoke about political and historical relations between two countries. He gave information to guests about reforms conducted according to targets defined by “State Strategy for development of education in Azerbaijan Republic” and its positive impacts. The Deputy Minister also highlighted the existence of broad cooperation in several directions of education among the Republic of Azerbaijan and Russian Federation and informed participants about joint projects.
The report was heard in the event about higher education system in Azerbaijan and situation in international cooperation sphere.
It should be noted that Student Summer School held on July 15-21, 2019 has been organized by Sumgayit State University. About 70 students of Russian Federation and Azerbaijani universities took part in Student Summer School.
