STARTUP TEAM OF SSU AWARDED CERTIFICATE AT “INNOCAMP” SUMMER CAMP
From August 29 to 31, “Innocamp” innovation summer camp took place in Shamakhi for startup students. The finalists of startup tours, which were held in Baku, Sumgayit, Nakhchivan, Lankaran, Ganja, Mingachevir, Shaki, Sabirabad, Zagatala, Shamakhi, Goycay and Tovuz took part in the camp. The trainings organized for 54 students that represented 18 teams on marketing, design and presentation preparation.
Startup team of Sumgayit State University represented in the camp successfully. Team members Tayfun Hajili, Vusal Hajiyev, Seymur Talibov, Zahir Tahirli presented “Part of me” project. The project aims to prepare artificial leg at a low price for disabled people. They actively participated in the trainings that lasted 3 days and got precious information from specialists.
The participants got informed about startup ecosystem and the ways of converting idea to business.
It is worth to note that “Innocamp” innovation summer camp was held by Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies, Regional Development Public Unity of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Youth Foundation of Azerbaijan Republic within Development Program of UNO and “I2B-from idea to business” project.
In the end, certificates were given to startup students.
