SSU REPRESENTATIVE TOOK PART AT THE TRAINING IN ROYAL TECHNOLOGY INSTITUTE OF SWEDEN
From October 14 to 18, at Royal Technology Institute of Sweden, the trainings were organized within “Establishing and Developing Quality Assurance Centers in Azerbaijani Universities” ERASMUS+EQAC project, financed by European Commission.
European instructors moderated the trainings on subjects: Margaret Bergman, Christina Edstrom, Anna-Karin Hogfeldt, Leif Kari, Elizabeth Keller, Anders Rosen, Emma Stromberg, Margaret Norell Bergendahi, Linde Rose, Victor Kordas and representative of Student Youth Organization.
Discussions and group works carried out on several subjects in the sessions. The training aimed to share experience, analyze the standards applied on European area and learn lifelong learning methods. The presentations were delivered on: Sweden higher education model; Quality assurance from national to international level; cooperation with society; Global steady development; Organization of student-centered lessons; Involvement of students to process of program writing.
The round table was held on occasion of 18 October – Independence Day of Azerbaijan Republic and attended by first secretary of Embassy of Azerbaijan Republic to Sweden Kingdom Vagif Seyidbayov and employee of the Embassy Gunash Rustamzade. The representatives of universities of Argentina, Korea, China and Sweden marked the holiday with Azerbaijani representatives. Azerbaijani representatives prepared video by sounding thoughts of National leader and it was posted on the sites.
It is worth to note that the representatives, specialists of Azerbaijani universities and chairwoman of International Cooperation Department of SSU PhD in history Samira Mammadova attended the event.
