TEACHERS AND STUDENTS OF SSU TOOK PART IN THE INTERNATIONAL GEOGRAPHICAL DICTATION
On October 27, Baku branch of Moscow State University after M.V. Lomonosov hosted an international geographical dictation, which has been held since 2015 by the Russian Geographical Society.
From the orbit of the international space station Russian cosmonauts Oleg Skripochka and Alexander Skvortsov greeted the participants in the event and spoke about the importance of the dictation.
Teachers and students of Sumgayit State University have been participating in geographical dictation since 2017. This year 54 people from SSU took part in it.
First, a quiz with oral questions was held for the participants, in which the employees of SSU docent Ilham Mardanov, senior lecturer Masud Almammadli and tutor Mehman Kazimov. For correct answers and activity, Mehman Kazimov was presented a gift.
Then, all participants in the geographical dictation were awarded certificates.
