AN ONLINE CHESS TOURNAMENT DEDICATED TO THE 98TH ANNIVERSARY OF NATIONAL LEADER HEYDAR ALIYEV KICKS OFF AT SSU
On May 6, Sumgayit State University hosted an online chess tournament among employees dedicated to the 98th anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev.
The purpose of the competition is to promote chess, an intellectual sport among employees, to identify strong chess players, as well as to organize meaningful and effective leisure time for teachers.
It should be noted that 8 teams consisting of employees of Sumgayit State University and SSTC operating under SSU are participating in the competition.
