On May 19-21, Gudrat Agazadeh, a second-year student majoring in Process Automation at Sumgayit State University's Engineering Faculty, and Seymur Talibov, a third-year student majoring in Process Automation, participated in the International Assembly of Young Researchers in Veliky Novgorod, Russia. Our students, who participated in the Assembly online, presented to the Assembly members and participants in English the project "Mobile robot for detection and automatic elimination of coronavirus (COVID-19) in medical institutions", which they won at the Eurasian Patent Universiade. It should be noted that the academic supervisors of the Azerbaijani team were Professor Javanshir Mammadov and Associate Professor Gurban Abdullayev.

The winners of international competitions from different countries of the world took part in the 3-day assembly and presented 25 projects in the field of robotics and mechatronics at the International Assembly of Young Researchers.
