Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on awarding Sumgayit State University employees with the "Taraggi" medal
Based on paragraph 23 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I make a decision:
On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of Sumgayit State University and for their services in the development of education in Azerbaijan, the following employees of Sumgayit State University should be awarded the "Taraggi" medal:
Khalilov Elmar Shirinbala oglu
Isayev Amirkhan Ismail oglu
Mahmudova Lala Fagail gizi
Maharramova Sona Sabeddin gizi
Mammadov Jeyhun Hasan oglu.
