On February 21, trainings for students of the faculty of Economics and Management of Sumgayit State University were initiated and organized by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Specialists, students and teachers participated in the training.

The dean of the faculty associate professor Aynura Yahyayeva welcomed the guests and participants in her speech. She noted that 2023 has been declared the "Year of Heydar Aliyev" in our country and various events are being planned at the faculty of Economics and management. Today"s training is one of the mentioned events Aynura Yahyayeva emphasized that the main priority for the faculty is to train highly qualified personnel for our country. The training will last for 3 days. The dean of the faculty said that the program will start with "Project management" and will be continued about the topics of "Overborrowing: problems and recommendations", "Strategic management", "Banking and digital payments" and "Deposit insurance".

Associate professor Galib Huseynov - head of the department of Business organization and management of Sumgayit State University and Zulfiyya Hajiyeva – the senior lecturer of that department, the organizer of the event expressed their opinion about the event.

Banking and legal experts Vusal Hasanov, Lamiya Garalova, Rauf Agayev, Aliya Asadzade, Khayala Mammadova and Sevinj Aliverdiyeva will speak on the presented topics.

At the end of the first day of training, discussions were held on the topics, and the questions of the participants were answered.

We should say that at the end of the training, active students will be awarded with a certificate.
