On February 23, employees of the Career and Psychology Center started training at Sumgayit State University.

The training is conducted by Samir Valiyev-director of Career and Psychology Center, coordinators Tarana Rahimova, Sadagat Mammadova and Malak Karimova.

Associate professor Amirkhan Isayev-director of the university"s Career and graduate employment center opened the event and welcomed Samir Valiyev director of the Career and Psychology Center  and the participants. Associate professor Amirkhan Isayev talked about the activities of the Career Center, the creation and development of relations between students and graduates and the work carried out in the direction of strengthening the business relations of graduates with industrial enterprises. The main function is to provide employment assistance to students and graduates. Students  and graduates are helped to find jobs according to their potential in our university under the leadership of rector professor Elkhan Huseynov.

Associate professor Amirkhan Isayev also emphasized that last year a group of students of SSU participated in the training at the Career Psychology Center and were awarded a certificate after successfully completing the training.

Director of the Career and Psychology Center Samir Valiyev noted that the next trainings for the students of Sumgayit State University have been started in the Center. The  meeting will be successfully continued in the future. He said that in the training it is suggested to choose the right direction according to the requirements of the modern era, ways to reveal character and potential, psychological methods necessary to be highly motivated at all times, rules for using difficulties to one"s advantage, correct goals and strategy building methods. He also emphasized that aimlessness, lack of discipline, weakness of will, lack of a goal, and low level of intolerance are the main factors that destroy the motivation depot.

We should note  that the training was met with great interest by the students.
