On the 19 th of November there took place an opening ceremony  of the Forum between Azerbaijan - Russia universities in ADA University. The forum which took place with the partici pation of Rectors and leading scholars was realized with organizational support of Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan Republic and Ministry of Education of Russia Federation.
The rector of “ADA” University Hafiz Pashayev opening the event greeted the participants and thanked the Russian representative ambassador for their help in helding this forum. He mentioned in speech that in November 20 there will be signed a Memorandum for the establishment of Russia and Azerbaijan Higher Educational Association with the aspiration of Azerbaijan and Russia Ministries of Education.
The Rector of Sumgait State University mentioned that the quality indicators of total education are adapted to the European standards,on the basis of President Ilham Aliyev’s commands there are held lots of events in the direction of financial and technical maintenance.
Highly appreciating the work of forum the Rector, prof. Elkhan Huseynov told that it will influence greatly to the interconnection and interrelationships of the Rectors of the two Universities.
The Rector of Ufa State Oil- Technical University Ramil Bakhtiz also estimated the helding of this Forum, the signing Memorandum highly.He told in his report that the students of this Univer sity are adopted as professional personnels in their work in many parts of world.
Then the Rectors of Azerbaijan and Russian Universities made reports on the educational, technical and technological development of interrelationships. The forum will last 2 days.
