NATİONAL LEADER HEYDAR ALİYEV'S MEMORİAL DAY WAS COMMEMORATED İN THE FACULTİES
Despite the fact that 20 years have passed since the death of national leader Heydar Aliyev, the people of Azerbaijan never forget their savior, they always remember him with respect.
Events dedicated to the Memorial Day of Heydar Aliyev, the architect and founder of the modern state of Azerbaijan, are being held in the faculties of Sumgayit State University under the joint organization of the Student Youth Organization and the Student Trade Union Committee.
At events held with the participation of faculty deans, teachers and students, the memory of the National leader was commemorated with a minute of silence, and his activities were discussed. During the years he led Azerbaijan, as a result of his far-sighted domestic and foreign policy, the reputation of our country increased, comprehensive development was achieved, and our independence was guaranteed to be eternal and irreversible.
It was also noted that the policy, which was founded by the Great Leader, is duly continued by the head of state, Ilham Aliyev. Today, the basis of our joy about the Karabakh Victory was laid precisely as a result of the great reforms carried out by the National Leader. It is a source of pride for each of us to be a propagandist of Heydar Aliyev's ideas, which lead Azerbaijan to victory and ensure that it steps confidently into the future.
Poems dedicated to the national leader Heydar Aliyev were sung in the performances of the students and a video clip was shown.
