Since 2006, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan has been implementing the "Algarish" grant competition for joint activities of local and foreign higher education institutions every year. Aliguliyeva Khayala Vagif, associate professor of the "Physics of Solids and Semiconductors" department of the faculty of Physics and Electroenergetics of Sumgayit State University, won the "Algarish-2023" project. Within the framework of this project, on 02.12.2023 - 09.12.2023, he gave lectures and conducted practical-laboratory classes to the 3rd and 4th year students of the department of Industrial Electronics of Kazan State Energy University with the program "New perspective materials for electric power generation".
