EMPLOYEES OF SSU IN TOT TRAINING
On February 17, ASAN Innovative Development Center (AİDC) held a training for employees of Sumgayit State University (SSU).
The main purpose of the training is to increase the training quality of the trainers, to establish and evaluate the training program, and to develop professional presentation skills.
The employees of SSU, who participated in the "Training for Trainers" (TOT) conducted by trainer Farida Farajova, were first informed about the main goals and methods of the training consisting of 4 modules.
The questions addressed to the trainer by the university teachers were answered at the event.
It should be noted that trainings will continue on February 18, 24 and 25 on modules.
