On March 12, the rector of SSU, associate professor Rufat Azizov, met with students and masters who distinguished themselves according to the highest overall average success rate in the faculties in the examination session of the Fall semester of the 2023-2024 academic year around the dinner table and had a sincere conversation with them.
The meeting was also attended by professors and teachers and other employees of the examination headquarters.

Rufat Azizov, who informed about the activities of the university, innovations and future priorities, said that today in SSU there are all necessary opportunities for increasing the knowledge and skills of students, and international experience is being studied in the direction of learning and applying new teaching methods. During these years, Sumgait State University has undergone great development, has achieved important achievements in the field of specialist training for Sumgait city and region, which is the industrial center of the country, and today it is taking successful steps in the direction of training professional personnel.
