Successful reformations on the basis of State Educational Strategy are hold in Azerbaijan Educational System. So educational system restorated due to New Edu cation Law and National Activity Plan, State Leader’s tens of decrees and instruc tions done only with the purpose of organization of future educational system, trying to make fundamental changes in this system, making Azerbaijanian Educa tional system an unique field accomadating to empowering and development of our Republic. The creation of new curriculums and implementation of Bolony sys tem are the major points of this strategy. Our Republic has joined to Bolony sys tem on may 19th 2005. Currently in most of educational enterprises fully imple mentation of Bolony system, organization of teaching and training according to credit system, teacher-student mobility, creation of electronical education net work are carried out and resolute steps are made. Most of higher education insti tuitions functioning in our Republic collaborate with various European higher edu cation enterprises in the setting of European Unions different international prog rams with the purpose of giving double diplomas to the students studying for bac helor’s, master’s degrees and doctor’s of philosophy. Students get part of educa tion in their higher educational institutions, but theother remaining part of their training they continue in foreign educational enterprise. So this way students gain credits and after graduation they get two diplomas of various educational enter prises. The universities that cooperate harmonize their educational programs.

I want to state that Sumgait State University has gained successful results in the realization of International Projects. So in the setting of International Tempus Project there were signed versatile cooperation compacts with Qraz TU, Koln TU and Warsaw Polytechnical Universities. Sumgait State University makes its educational documents fitted to European Standards for giving double diplomas to the foreign students.
