A series of trainings were held for employees and volunteers within the framework of the memorandum of cooperation signed between the Probation Service of the Ministry of Justice and Sumgayit State University (SSU). At the trainings, Sadagat Fatullayeva, senior lecturer at the Department of Philosophy, Sociology and Political Science of SSU, PhD candidate at the Institute of Philosophy of ANAS, member of the "United Kingdom Professional Association of Social Workers", spoke on the topics "Social work methods and organization of the work of a probation officer" and Kamala Salamova, associate professor at the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy, spoke on the topics "Psychological resilience and stress management in the justice system".
