On October 15, an info session on "The Young Talents Program 2026" of SOCAR was held at Sumgayit State University, organized by the Career and Alumni Center.

The event was opened by Anar Dunyamaliyev, Director of the Career and Alumni Center at SSU. He welcomed the event participants and spoke about the importance of his program. He advised students to take advantage of this opportunity, emphasizing that the experience and training opportunities the program offers will make a significant contribution to their future success.

Then, Leading Human Resources Specialist at Recruitment Department of SOCAR, Rashad Alekperov made a comprehensive presentation on the "The Young Talents Program - 2026". He provided detailed information about the benefits the program offers to participants, the application and selection process, the work to be done and skills to be acquired during the internship, and the evaluation criteria. He spoke about other projects implemented by the company, as well as the support and approach provided to young specialists at SOCAR.

Then, as part of the program, a video was shown reflecting the life and career successes of young people employed at SOCAR.

At the end, numerous questions from students regarding the program were answered.
