On October 23, a training was held on "Marketing and Customer Psychology" that organized by the Student Youth Organization. The main goal of the training was to increase students" knowledge of modern marketing trends, effective sales strategies, and psychological aspects of customer behavior, as well as to develop their practical skills in this area. At the event, founder of Nomail and Digital Product Sales, a specialist with extensive experience in startups and marketing, Agshin Nabizade made a presentation on the topic "The Role of Customer Psychology". He informed the participants about the effects of human behavior on marketing, emotional decision-making mechanisms, and the importance of psychological factors in shaping buyer habits. During his speech, Agshin Nabizade emphasized that the greatest tool in marketing is the human brain, therefore, understanding customer psychology is a key condition for successful sales and effective marketing.
