The guest of the seminar was a laureate of the "Four-Star" honorary decree and the "Advanced Education Worker" badge awarded by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and a senior lecturer at the Department of Mathematics and Informatics at Baku Engineering University, Bahman Gudsi who made a presentation on the topic "Mysterious Proofs". He explained different approaches to proofs in mathematics using simple and interesting examples and held interactive discussions with the participants. Bahman Gudsi also held competitions among students and presented prizes to the winners. At the end of the seminar, Dean of the Faculty, Associate Professor Khalida Hasanova made a speech and expressed her gratitude to the faculty of the Department of Mathematics and Informatics Teaching Technology for organizing the event and to Bahman Gudsi for his interesting report.
