On November 7, a seminar dedicated to the “Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty of the Republic of Azerbaijan” was held jointly organized by the Department of Mathematical Analysis and Differential Equations and the Center for Career and Alumni Affairs. The head of the Department of Mathematical Analysis and Differential Equations, associate professor Khayala Seyfullayeva opened the seminar and greeted the participants of the event. She noted that the declaration of 2025 as the “Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty” is an indicator of the high attention paid to the process of building a legal state in our country, the promotion of national values and civic responsibility. Associate professor of the Department of Philosophy, Political Science and Sociology, Amina Hasanova delivered a report on the topic “The Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan is the supreme law of the state.” She emphasized that the Constitution plays an important role in state administration, the protection of human rights and freedoms, and this document is a legal guide for every citizen. the head of the Career and Alumni Center, Anar Dunyamaliyev spoke on the topic of “Preparing students for the labor market and labor rights” and noted the importance of properly mastering legal knowledge and labor legislation in preparing young people for their future professional activities. Teachers of the Faculty of Mathematics Kamala Agamaliyeva made a presentation on “Social Security Law” and Leyla Shadlinskaya on “Youth"s Right to Education” and spoke about the essence of the right to education and the importance of ensuring equal educational opportunities. In conclusion, the Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics, Associate Professor Khalida Hasanova expressed her gratitude to the organizers for the high-level organization of the seminar, noting that such educational events play an important role in the formation of students" legal literacy.
