The examination session of the fall semester of the 2025/2026 academic year has begun at Sumgayit State University (SSU). The examination session will last for five weeks. Exams are held in the SSU buildings, in a single shift (at 09:00), with 3 hours allocated for each exam. Taking into account the multi-profile nature of specialist training at the university, exams are organized in various forms: written, oral, practical tasks, tests, open-ended logical and situational questions, as well as online via computer. Based on the results of the fall semester examination session, additional exams will be held on February 3-5 for students with credit debt for valid reasons, and on February 6-14 for students who will participate in repeated exams.
The Appeals Commission and the Examination Headquarters operate to control the course of the examination session, including to ensure transparency. It should be noted that 83–84 exams are organized in 6 faculties per day.
