On March 13, a seminar on "The Path from Education to Career: Future Skills and Career Opportunities for Students Against the Background of Artificial Intelligence" was held at Sumgayit State University organized by the Career and Alumni Center and mentored by AI (Artificial Intelligence) specialist Ahmet Dolu. Director of the Career and Alumni Center, Anar Dunyamaliyev opened the event with the participation of university students, spoke about the necessity of organizing the event on this topic. Emphasizing the relevance of the topic, the Director of the Center reminded that AI has penetrated all areas of our social life, and that it is a reality for students to take advantage of these opportunities in their future careers. Ahmet Dolu started his speech with information about the Career Path, called the early acquaintance of students with AI technologies a necessary step for their future careers. Stating that a large amount of student information is needed for AI systems to be effective in this direction, the expert spoke about how this happens, its use, and the process of protecting student data. Ahmet Dolu spoke to the students about his own education and career path, emphasized that in this example, it is important to rely more on a person"s hard work, regardless of where and in which educational institution he studies or works: "Although it is possible to do something with artificial intelligence in every field, the only problem is the choice: but what to choose makes human contact an important factor." Just as human IQ levels are increasing, we are also observing this in artificial intelligence, and therefore, we will always witness surprises related to AI, the mentor noted that everyone can contribute to this work. The seminar continued with the students answering various questions.
