On March 16, a meeting with students and graduates was held at Sumgayit State University with the participation of a delegation of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan within the framework of the IV “Maarifchi” student-graduate internship program. The event was opened by director of Career and Alumni Center of the university, Anar Dunyamaliyev and he welcomed the participants. He emphasized that the “Maarifchi” student-graduate internship program plays an important role in the professional development of young people, and allows them to gain experience in the field of public administration by developing their practical skills. Then, an employee of the Ministry of Science and Education, Nigar Karimli made a presentation and informed the participants about the stages of the internship program, the areas of activity envisaged within the program, and its main components. An employee of the Ministry, Tural Adigozalov said that the program, implemented under the slogan “Digital Future”, will last for 4 months. Participants selected within the framework of the program will have the opportunity to undergo internship in various structural divisions and subordinate organizations of the ministry, regional education departments, as well as the Ministry of Education of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. The meeting continued with interactive discussions. Students and graduates attending the event asked questions about the registration process, selection stages, and future career opportunities of the program, obtaining detailed information on issues of interest to them.
