The trainings were conducted for the lecturers of English language under the leadership of Ms. Mary Katherine, invited under the project of “English speaking youths” from the Embassy of USA to Azerbaijan, from November 4 to 5 in the department for Foreign Languages of 3rd educational corpus of the university. There was a general overview on application of the communicative style while English teaching. Sharing on education of English language Ms. M. Katherine spoke about the ways in order to increase an interest of the students to the classes and how to manage the lecture by a communicative and interactive style. By the end of the training she gave a chance to the attendees to make their own exercisers of communicative style. 
As mentioned above, the trainings took 2 days.  By the first day the lectures were familiar with the ways of application of communicative style while English teaching.  Meanwhile, they got to know the different kinds of strategies to develop interactive style while group works and corporative learning. Furthermore, the grammar teaching, development of vocabulary and the mastering of the other skills were the subjects of the training. By the second day the attendees had a wide range of materials and it was spoken about the quality of class making and the means in order to stimulate the students’ interest into class. 
Making a speech by the end of the training the head of department of foreign languages, the professor Ms. Nigar Isgandarova has expressed her gratitude to Ms. M. Katherine and emphasized that such kind of training will be held regularly. Besides, she expressed her gratitude to the rector of the university Mr. E. Huseynov on behalf of personnel and noted that he plays a significant role in order to realize an initiative accordingly. Finally, Ms. M. Katherine has submitted the certificates to attendees.
