This agreement will not only improve the skills of the students and potentiality of the personnel but also will stimulate the graduators to gain more achievements in order to build their career. It is also a good chance for the exchange of the academic staff of both parties. It should be noted that such kind of agreements and cooperation relations determine the future perspectives accordingly. 
In this respect, SSU has concluded an agreement with the Training Center of “Azerisig” JSC. The signing ceremony took place in the branch building of “AzerIshig” JSC named by “Ganjlik”. 
The director of “Azerisiq” JSC Training Center, Mr. Vugar Aliyev made an opening speech and widely spoke about the innovations of the center. He said “the priority of the center is consisting of improvement of cadre potentiality and training of the youth due to the modern standards. To this end, the center has formed a good training database, supplied with the high technologies of electro energetic sphere. Meanwhile, the center cooperates with the other high and secondary schools for preparation of the qualified personnel in the field of the electroenergetic. The center has got the cooperation agreements with National Aviation Academy, ATU, ASOIU and Azerbaijan State Agrarian University which targeted to the realization of the joint projects in a proper way. Generally, the trainings of the students of above mentioned high schools are conducted in the branch buildings of the center that located in Baku and Ganja. The trainings are conducted on the basis of dual education system which is the advanced education technologies of the Europe. Dual education system is method of education, conducted in the presence of production activity in one course.  Due to that system, 70 % of student’s education period is devoted to the practices and 30 % to the theoretical knowledge. I believe that this agreement will give great opportunities to graduators of the university”, said Mr. Aliyev in the end of his speech.
The rector of the university, Mr. E. Huseynov made a speech as well. Above all, he expressed his satisfaction for the agreement which will bring about the rational cooperation. He widely spoke about the activity and international relations of the university. The speaker noted that: - “our university has got many cooperation agreements with the different institutions by which our students take practice courses due to their specialties. It stimulates the formation of the qualified personnel according to the modern standards. The university established new laboratories supplied with the modern technologies for the department of physics and electro energetic. I believe that this agreement is not only an important event for parties but also is a great contribution to the development of cadre potentiality of the country. 
The cooperation agreement is considering the following procedures: development of the technical and educational relations between parties; arrangement of the scientific research trainings of bachelors and masters due to their specialties; organization of the training courses; provision of proper certificates and job places in “Azerisiq”; provision of proper conditions for the academic staff of SSU in the laboratories of “Azerisiq” in order to run the scientific works;  mutual participation of the parties in the solution of the scientific-technical problems of “Azerisiq” in the field of production and etc.; joint preparation of scientific research works dedicated to outstanding issues and perspectives of “Azerisiq”of the doctorates and post graduates of SSU ; presence of “Azerishig” in the international projects of SSU like a partner; involvement of SSU personnel into the training process of “Azerisiq”; arrangement of mutual conferences and seminars; arrangement of the lectures by the leading specialties of “Azerisiq”; involvement of the academic staff of SSU into the training process of “Azerisiq” like advisors; designing, processing and application of the joint projects and joint participation in the international exhibitions and etc. All above mentioned will give an opportunity to students to enjoy rational educational process and thereby will develop the scientific potentiality of the university, namely in the field of Electroenergetic. 
Afterwards, the deputy head of the Training Center Mr. Avaz Pashayev, head of SMS Training department Mr. Araz Mammadli, the leading engineer Mr. Ali Jalali, an assoc. professors Mr. Hikmat Aliyev and Mr. Gara Hasanov widely spoke about the laboratories and classes of the center which supplied with the modern equipment.
