On April 28, “III Logic Olympiad of students” was held at Sumgayit State University dedicated to 100th anniversary of establishment of Azerbaijan Democratic Republic. It was jointly organized by Azerbaijan Student Youth Organizations’ Union, Khazar University, Kainat Teaching Centre and “Veysaloglu” group of companies. 
The object of holding the Olympiad is to stimulate the improvement of general knowledge of youth, to reveal the talented students with logical thinking and to increase their interest to science. More than 70 students of our University examined their knowledge at this Olympiad. They answered 50 questions within 2 hours. The students succeeding in first round will win the license to final stage. Second round will be held on May 13.
