Training was held with the organization of Career Center called “Career beginning from the university”.
Head of Career Center Zahid Bunyadov opening the training noted that the main purpose of establishment of Career Center is to deliver trainings for students of different specialties and prepare them for business life by arranging industrial experience and job fair. For this purpose, the training has a great significance. Our target is to make our alumni acquainted with job opportunities in the country's business market, developing industrial fields and to create clear vision of government and private sectors’ human capital need. Nurlan Samadli shared his university years’ experiences relating to above mentioned issues. It should be noted that Nurlan Samadli is a designer of Panda School project and worked as its executive director in 2014-2016, as sales specialist of AAAF Park in 2016, as a director of REDUCO Shamkir branch in 2016-2017 and a shop manager at Araz Markets Network in 2017-2018. Since 2018 he is a founder of SUMM GROUP Company and has been working as a sales and marketing director of Delta Cable Market Company. He has got ASAN Service experience and in 2017 he was awarded with active ASAN Volunteer award according to the order of President Ilham Aliyev.
Nurlan Samadli thanked to the administration for arrangement of the training. He talked about his success which he achieved by hard work in his student years. “First, you should have a goal. You have to think about the future of your professional career from now. Diploma is not a guarantee for job and career. High education is important and decisive in a person’s life, but is quite relative notion. You cannot call every diploma holding person educated and knowledgeable. Do not waste your time while you are studying. Apply to various companies for internship programs. All the experience and practical knowledge will help you to know important people. After graduating the university while looking for a job you can be employed as an experienced cadre and it will be successful beginning of your career.
