From May 28 to June 1, trainings were held in the framework of ERASMUS+PETRA project at Jyväskylä University of Finland. The representatives of Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan Republic and several higher educational institutions took part in the trainings. Vice-rector on Teaching Organization and Training Technologies docent Natig Talibov and chairwoman of International Cooperation Office Samira Mammadova represented Sumgayit State University. 
Along with the trainings, the meeting of project management was held by the participation of project managers. 1-5 work plan was discussed in this meeting. 1-5 work plan involves: preparation, development, promotion, management. Project activity plan was discussed in the meeting. Next meeting was appointed, as well as the number of trainings which will be held for student-teaching staff of universities was determined. 
Evaluation survey prepared by Gazi University of Turkey in the frame of project was presented to attendees as a presentation, at the same time in a printed version in the training. 
The next day of the meeting, establishment of Training and Learning Centers in Azerbaijani universities and strategy of the Center, appointment of its coordinator were discussed. The Center will be responsible for delivering trainings to student-teaching staff of the university. A suggestion was made for giving information about Training center on university web-page in a special section. All details of trainings and trainers will be on the page. Then, a visit was made to the library of University of Jyväskylä. The library operating via the system of electronic library was provided with the latest technology. Conduct of lessons according to moodle plan was very interesting and amazing in terms of development of distance education which is widespread in Europe. A trip to the library showed that University of Jyväskylä is an electronic university and e-learning method has considerably developed.
University of Jyväskylä is the third biggest educational institution in Finland after University of Helsinki and University of Turku. In 2013, it was 299th in Britain’s QS system which is the list of rated universities. It is a state run university, founded in 1934. There are 7 faculties, 1500 students; student exchange is preferred and international students from 350 countries are studying there.
