Several meetings are held related to exhibition “Education Azerbaijan 2018” which will be held in October, 2018 by support of Ministry of Education. For this reason, a seminar “Effective use of exhibition” was organized at Hyatt Regency hotel on September 11. Methodist of International Cooperation Office Aliya Khalilbayli represented Sumgayit State University in this event. 
About 30 representatives from several universities and media, as well as enterprise managers took part in the meeting. Ministry of Education Republican Children-Youth Development Centre, Sabah groups, State Agency on Vocational Education under Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, French-Azerbaijani University, Educational Student Credit Fund and Celt LLC (Celt Colleges) and other bodies also participated in the event. The object of the meeting is to systemize and expand participation practice in exhibitions, to create circumstances in order to get away from wide-spread mistakes and stereotypes and gain maximum results. At the same time the aim is to inform the participants about different universities, enterprises and organizations and expand relations among institutions. 
The organizer of the exhibition, CEO Company emphasized the significance and efficiency of banner, stand, booklet and advertisement videos. The importance of exhibited projects and the role of SWOT analysis were discussed.
The members of different educational institutions debated the perspectives of future cooperation in the event and exchanged their views.
It should be noted that Sumgayit State University is preparing for participation in exhibition “Education Azerbaijan 2018”.
