On November 11, a day after the official victory of Azerbaijan in the 44-day Patriotic War, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev said at a meeting with the military that he had plans to demonstrate the enemy’s looted and destroyed equipment.

Armenians, who suffered constant defeats on the battlefield during military operations, committed war crimes against humanity, including rocket attacks on settlements far from the battlefield and killing civilians. Plaques reflecting these facts in chronological order were placed at the entrance to the Military Loot Park. There are also the remains of the "Isgender M" missile fired at Shusha.

Mr. President, while inspecting the remains of the Isgender M missile at the opening of the War Trophy Park in Baku on April 12, said: “Look at Shusha, the Armenians fired at these Isgender-M missiles. Where do these missiles come from in the Armenian army? These missiles should not have existed. This is already visual evidence. It is evidence of Armenia's war crime and we want an answer. How did this deadly weapon fall into the hands of Armenia? We have not received an answer yet. But we will get. Let everyone come and see that Armenia was trying to destroy Shusha, our ancient city, with "Isgender-M" missiles. They used it after we liberated Shusha. We have enough information. We are just waiting for an official announcement. Everyone will come and see it. This is another visual evidence of Armenian savagery and war crime.
